      Thank you! Yes I’m over the moon! “Rest Stop” has been a real labor of love. First, it was super long, then too short. Then I hit a wall with it. I wasn’t willing to give up the lengthy back story,, but it was close to novella length and I wasn’t sure how many people would care. Then I hit on this size, which puts the reader smack into the action. Sure hoping people like it!

      Thank you, James! I’ve been fortunate to have my work published in multiple places. I’ve had more poetry than short stories published and have appeared in Bards & Sages, “Haunted Are These Houses” Unnerving Gothic Horror Anthology, The Hickory Stump, Trajectory Journal and many others.
