Bards and Sages Quarterly is a cool magazine that has been in operation for over ten years, giving fans of speculative fiction a wide variety of unique tales to enjoy. Includes both established and emerging writers in its pages for a great reading experience. It was a pleasure to work with editor-in-chief Julie Ann Dawson on my original draft idea of this story and turn it into something a whole lot better. Even the title is different! “He Comes But Once A Year” is about an old man being offered a deal on what should be the happiest day of the year-Christmas. Initially he thinks the offer is being extended by Santa Claus, but quickly realizes that the speaker is Death. Talk about having your day turned upside down! I bought a copy of A NEW YORK STATE OF MIND right when it was released and I Highly Recommended It! Also supports GIRLS WRITE NOW which is a great project providing positive results for at risk teenagers Bram Stoker Award Nominee!
